  1. 1 Go to M-Pesa → Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill and enter Business No. 317150.
  2. 2 For the account number, enter your loan code + ID number — e.g. EL123456789 (EL = Emergency, NL = Normal, SL = School Fees Loan).
  3. 3 Enter the amount and your M-Pesa PIN, then press Send.

Via the Joinas Mobi App

Manage and repay your loan on the go, right from your phone.

  1. 1 Log into the Joinas Mobi App.
  2. 2 Select the loan you want to repay and enter the amount.
  3. 3 Wait for the M-Pesa prompt on your phone and enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm.

Once payment goes through, you'll receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS — keep it as proof of payment.
